Shipping Policy – LACE Clothing (laceclo.ch)
1. Shipping Area
We ship from Switzerland to Switzerland and to all countries in Europe.
2. Shipping Costs Switzerland
- Letter shipping (up to 0.2 kg): CHF 2.50
- Standard shipping (from 0.21 kg): CHF 9.00
- Free shipping on orders over CHF 80.00
3. Shipping Costs Europe
- Standard shipping (with tracking): CHF 15.00, delivery time approx. 3–5 business days plus processing time
- Free shipping on orders over CHF 150.00
4. Customs, Taxes and Import Charges (Deliveries Outside Switzerland)
Shipments to countries outside Switzerland are sent duty unpaid and tax unpaid (DAP – Delivered At Place). All customs duties, import VAT and other taxes as well as customs clearance and handling fees incurred in the destination country are borne exclusively by the customer and are collected directly from the customer by the carrier or the customs authorities. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs. The customer is responsible for complying with the import regulations of their country.
5. Undeliverable Shipments
If the customer refuses to accept the shipment, fails to pay any import charges due, or if the shipment cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, all resulting costs (return transport, storage, customs duties, fees) are borne by the customer and may be deducted from any refund. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
6. Delivery Times
Stated delivery times are non-binding. Risk and benefit pass to the customer upon handover of the shipment to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Returns
Our Return & Refund Policy applies. All costs and risks of return shipments – including all customs and clearance charges – are borne by the customer.
